I played 3 years of football, 2 years as varsity running back for my high school. We won our sunbelt league championship both of the 2 years. I also played baseball for 3 years 1 on the freshman team and 2 years on the JV team and all 3 of those years we won our league championship the sunbelt league championship. My senior year I did not play any sports so I could focus on trying to obtain the job in the military I wanted. I joined the United States Navy right out of high school. My senior year of high school I focused more on joining the Navy. Due to the job I wanted in the Navy it took a lot of my time it’s not an ordinary job it’s a special operations job Explosive Ordnance Disposal , it’s such a competitive job with limited chance of joining we had to pass a physical screening test scoring in the top 2 percennt across the country.
With my time in the Navy I know it’s made me into the great leader I am today. Having several deployments in my navy career, it’s molded me into the person I am today. I’m thankful for all the opportunities I have received in the Navy being able to provide for my family. I wouldn’t change any of the choices I’ve made in my life making me into the person I am today.
