My name is Jack Lewis. I am a 24 year old Navy veteran from Cleveland, Ohio. I played football for one season at Streetsboro High School, where I was a 2nd team all-conference selection and was the Special Teams Player of the Year. I served in the United States Navy for four years. I worked as a Cryptologic Technician (military intelligence) at the National Security Agency. During my time in the Navy, I worked with the highest level officials in the government working to protect our country. I earned the Joint Service Achievement Medal, along with multiple other honors and coins from government leadership.
I know I have the necessary skills, qualities, and toughness to not only survive but thrive in the college environment. The adversity and stress, along with countless other obstacles faced while in the military, has helped groomed me into the leader I am today. During my time in the Navy, I dreamed of one day returning to school to play football. I am now fully committed to making this dream happen. I would love to play for a school that will give me a chance to help lead and to make an impact on and off the field.
